These days you have to shop around to make sure you're getting the best deal and with the emergence of cashback websites, it's even trickier. But there's something quite satisfying about being able to buy something cheaper isn't there? Well, we think so. We've started using cashback sites every time we shop online and when one of our friends told us he'd got several hundred pounds back from his Christmas purchases we realised how much saving there was to be had.

It started to become a challenge every time we bought something - how much money could we save? But there were a few frustrating downsides, like forgetting to go through a cashback site and missing out on a deal, and finding out which cashback site offered the best deal often involved a painful trawl around the cashback sites.

That's when we had the idea of Cashback Guardian - it's a plug in that tells you whenever a website offers cash back. It means you never need to miss out again. And not only that, it shows you all the best offers available from the various cashback websites. So that was the seed of the idea for the Cashback Guide website, a site where you can find out all you need to know about Cashback websites, how to get cashback and even join a forum to find out what other people think.
