 Customer service.....bad to worse., 3/23/2009 | | | Reviewer: bazwaldo | | Having praised this site with a glowing reference 9 months ago,i now find that i am having to give it a black mark.The CS has gone from being good,to bad,to even worse.Forum postings addressed to CS,go unanswered for days,if not weeks.They removed the daily clicks at the slightest chance,they hardly ever add anything new and never before any other site and are very reluctant to offer 100% cashback on numerous offers,despite members trying to tell them and despite their cashback guarantee.I am very disappointed in this site. |

trolley the poorest.they are a sister company of rpoints which is well established in this market.
