Whenever I've emailed them with a query, it has been resolved the same day (once even within 2 minutes!). My cash back has so far also been paid out the same day whenever I've requested it. The site explains everything clearly and seems to cover a good selection of shops. Unfortunately there was a mishap with the tracking of my order by the retailer. The situation was resolved by get pounds back customer service in a prompt and friendly manner. Highly recommended. |

| favourite 100% site , 3/22/2008 | | | Reviewer: serenaturn | | I think this site is great and use it for all my paying transactions on-line tracking is excellent and on the rare occasion your transaction doesn't track Neil at GPB is extremely rapid with chasing it up for you and keeping you informed of his progress which for me makes all the difference it shows they care about your interests :) as for payment either payment method is dealt with promptly on request my daughter had a paypal payment request and it was paid the same day within a couple of hours . Obviously we can only go on personal experience but for me at the moment GPB is where I'll stay for all my purchases on-line :) |
