Always worked great - then one time I ordered stuff when I was at work & although on Pennymix it showed "order" it never went further. Filled in the contact form & they explained that porbably my work PC had a firewall setting that stopped the cookies used by Amazon - but they paid the cashback anyway! Another cashback site I used to use never paid for missing cashback - so I thought these were brilliant. |
|  Avoid!, 8/10/2009 | | | Reviewer: boondoggler | | I was encouraged to use this site by their offer of 3.5% cashback with Amazon. I made a purchase with a value of £300 via the site and it tracked against my account with a status of 'order' but with no cashback value shown. Five months on this is still the case. The website doesn't provide any guidance as to what this status means so I tried to contact Pennymix, unfortunately there are no contact details of any sort on the website and the only means of contacting them is via an online form - needless to say I haven't received any response from them despite sending several emails. From my experience I can only conclude that this is an untrustworthy site and definitely one to avoid! |
