I agree with wolfwoman about their customer services - I found them pig ignorant, and incredibly unhelpful. A month after joining, I'm cancelling my account! |

I ordered four £10 HQhair vouchers and when I came to use them I was told that I could only use one per order. Now to me that is the definition of a COUPON not a VOUCHER, I can use as many £10 vouchers as I like to pay for goods from B&Q or Boots! I would never have ordered them had I realised this. Customer services at pigsback were rude and unhelpful. Thankfully HQhair had the good business sense to swap my four £10 vouchers for one £40 gift card, but people need to be award that these evouchers are not what is traditionally meant by voucher and are just money off coupons. I wonder if they are breaking any Trading Standards laws here! |
|  Fun site, 4/6/2008 | | | Reviewer: wolfwoman | | I like this site for the crossword and sudoku and some of the rewards are really cute. £10 vouchers tend to cost £11.50, which I think is a bit much, but customer services are freindly and helpful. |
