In Agreement, 3/9/2010 | | | Reviewer: saxon68 | | I agree with Geoff they do seem to pay out, customer service is pathetic. |

ok, but better other sites, 10/10/2009 | | | Reviewer: Geofff333 | | they do seem to pay out, customer service is pathetic, but they do have the odd good deal. I won;t be using them again though as they charge £5 per year - there are many other sites such as Cashbackkings or TopCashback which are free and have the same if not better deals AND a higher cashback guarantee. |

No Affiliate Window retailers, 7/6/2009 | | | Reviewer: mrpointy | Quidco no longer offers any retailers who work solely with the Affiliate Window network, after "falling out" over their sure shop scheme.
For this reason, it may be worth Quidco members looking around to see if a particular retailer appears on a different cashback site & don't assume that because its not on Quidco, it doesn't pay cashback somewhere else!
As a side note.....anyone who does offer Amazon cashback is actually breaking Amazons terms & conditions, so it's possible that any Amazon payments would be declined, or their offer be removed at short notice when the cashback site is caught out! |

Up their own ****, 3/21/2009 | | | Reviewer: Valerie | | I have never known a website that blows their own trumpet as much as this one. Holds on to money far too much and who ever invented the quidclans with people openly bragging how to rip off merchants should be shot! |

Closed my account down, stole my money for no reas, 2/27/2009 | | | Reviewer: samaraki | I bought a graphics card and monitor, and choose specific shops which were on quidco, which I only bought from because the quidco made the deal slightly better than the other shops.
Anyway, I try to log in to today, and it wouldn't let me, so I requested my password, and it says my account doesn't exist.
So it seem's quidco have stolen my money. It's very annoying as I wasted hours, looking for best deals, and I was "excited" about getting my monies from quidco.
I don't know what I done wrong, I bought just two items, I have the receipts to proove it, and they steal my money, what a bunch of crooks.
Avoid them like the plague. You'll save more money and time not using them. |

Gone massively down hilll, 2/2/2009 | | | Reviewer: gk141054 | I have been a long time user of Quidco and have had thousands of pounds cashback from them. I have recommended them to many friends as the "best cashback site around".
HOWEVER recently they have been AWFUL. They are currently witholding hundreds of pounds cashback from me for no reason.
Lots of them have been for transactions over 6 months ago with "average payouts of 2 months / 3 months" etc..
I firmly believe that Quidco are receiving the cashbacks and then not paying them out for months on end so that they can have them making interest for ages.
I have recently had to threaten legal action to get one payment they owed me despite the affiliate saying they had paid the money to Quidco a long time ago.
I will not be using them again as there are many more sites out there that are better and don't charge an admin fee.
Such a shame. |

My choice of cashback sites., 1/25/2009 | | | Reviewer: toneloke | | I like Quidco, The layout of the site, the enquiry part is the best of any cashback sites and you get updates as to what is happening with your enquiry. Some of the comments on the quidclans are extremely irratating at times "They all want to be spoon fed with info and panic when something doesn't track after 17 mins" 5/5 for the site though. |

Highly satisfactory, 1/13/2009 | | | Reviewer: sunglasses42 | I've been using Quidco for some time now - I do most of my online shopping through here as get the best deals and am stunned by the bad reviews that I've read here. The site's a joy to use (the other ones give me a headache with all the different colours and logos) and if I'd ever had a problem it's been resolved efficiently (it doesn't happen immediately, sure, but these things never do) Anyway - I fully recommend it. |

Customer service sucks, 11/5/2008 | | | Reviewer: eleanor | | I agree with the other reviewers that the support is terrible. My support tickets are not responded to. Very disappointing. |

Terrible, 7/18/2008 | | | Reviewer: | | I contacted customer service for help and there answers just lead no where. Their customer service is as bad as Paypals (theres sucks!) |

Poor service, 5/17/2008 | | | Reviewer: | | Their support is almost useless. Had been using Quidco for over a year without problems till out of the blue they closed my account due to so called "abuse" and stole all my money. tried contacting them for the reason but couldn't see the replys to the ticket as my account was suspended. over £60 lost in total, mostly from gambling offers and buying stuff. keep well away is my advice. it's a good site untill you run in to problems or they close your account for no reason and keep your hard earnt cash. |

Good but maybe not the best, 4/25/2008 | | | Reviewer: Romesh | Definitely the nicest looking cashback site, and tracking is above average.
The biggest flaws, however, are the lack of a forum and the lack of detail provided on failed claims.
They do seem to payout pretty quick after receiving payment from merchants (I've had two so far).
A good one to keep in your bookmarks |

Definitely worth considering, 4/22/2008 | | | Reviewer: Dave | Quidco are well established in the world of cashbacking as they were the original pioneers of a 100% cashback scheme. Quidco are also very reliable at tracking and generally pay out more than other cashback sites. Their website is simple and intuitive to use and they no longer charge for BACS or require a minimum payout.
Now for the negative aspects... they do charge a £5 admin fee every year which may not be suitable for some people who don?t do much shopping online. Also, despite charging each user £5 a year, Quidco like to make some extra money by holding onto your money for as long as possible before finally releasing it. They have various scheming ways of doing this such as putting your ?money on ice? for 2 weeks when you submit an enquiry. They also like to make you wait a long time before you can submit queries in the hope that you?ll forget. There are other examples but I?m sure you get the idea.
I know I criticise Quidco a lot but I really feel it?s important that people know that Quidco are not as morally sound as they like to claim they are. They are just another business at the end of the day who want to make money out of you and me. If I had to pick one recommend one cashback site to use it would still be Quidco as they do a good job at what they do. |

Good but not perfect, 4/2/2008 | | | Reviewer: John | Been with Quidco since June '05 and earned over £1000 to date so have had quite a bit of experience with them.
I like their user friendly website which has improved over the years. Perhaps this is partly where the £5 admin fee goes, I think some of it also went into some of the unresolved transactions of 2005 which is nice. I myself have had my fair share of transactions not track properly which by they way have about a 50% chance of successfully being resolved (despite clearing my cookies every time) and I do appreciate that cashback is a possibility not a gurantee.
The other quibble I have with them is the rather excessive amount of time between purchasing an item and the cashback appearing in your bank account. They do take their sweet time about paying sometimes, as if the £5 admin isn't enough, they seem to like "holding onto" and earning interest on your money as long as possible before finally releasing it. This is also reflected in the amount of time transaction enquiries take to get looked at and resolved. Quidco aren't entirely to blame here, but I do think they could be a bit more efficient.
Having ended on a number of criticisms, I do actually highly rate Quidco overall, as I do feel that they are fairly comprehensive in the number of retailers on offer, as well as offering the best, if not a very competitive cashback rate. I do feel they could do a little more for the £5 they take from us each year. This, as well as some of the reasons I mentioned above is why they are slightly shy of a 5* rating. |

not the best 100% site, 3/22/2008 | | | Reviewer: serenaturn | | quidco is probably the cashback site most people have heard of , I can't really complain from my experiences a few years back , Most things tracked and confirmed without problems , However the reason I left was simply when you needed the customer service to chase missing cashback or help in any way they simply weren't there or replies were heavily delayed , for me personally I use another 100% site now and am very happy with it . |

Once bitten..., 3/16/2008 | | | Reviewer: siandkerry | | I joined this site following a recommendation and the first thing I did was book a trip through Lastminute.com. Unfortunately the cashback wasn't credited and I had to chase QuidCo several times and it took a number of months to resolve. Whilst it was being resolved I used LastMinute again (and other retailers) but didn't bother going through Quidco because of the hassle. I haven't bothered with cashback sites again because of this experience but would give it another go if some of the reviews persuade me that my experience was just a 'one off'. |

One of the best around - but no friend referrals, 3/15/2008 | | | Reviewer: atkinsar | Most people have heard of QuidCo as one of the first and biggest cashback sites out there. I've been a member now for nearly a year and I have used them extensively and I have say their site is one of the more user friendly around. I particularly like the way they display your earnings and let you know a rough date you'll get paid.
There are a couple of other great things about QuidCo like there is no minimum payout and they will pay to a PayPal account. They have a huge amount of retailers and generally have very competitive cashback rates and I've never had to dispute any cashback deals with them.
However, there are some downsides (aren't there always!) - they don't have any offers for Amazon (unlike other cashback sites like UKRewards, Cashback Rewards, Bakanda etc). They also charge you 5 quid a year for the privilege, but they do give you 100% cashback so you makes your choices I guess. One of the biggest downsides for me is that they don't offer any incentives for referring friends, I really like this feature which is available on most cashback sites.
I'd recommend QuidCo but they are not the be all and end all of cashback sites, I'd always recommend shopping around other cashback sites for better offers. |
